Job Description

I am partnering with a national and reputable law firm to identify a Legal Recruiting Manager who will play a key role in driving attorney recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal recruiting professional seeking a high-impact position with strong visibility, growth potential, and a collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment of attorneys, associates, and legal professionals
  • Lead lateral hiring and law school recruiting initiatives
  • Partner with firm leadership on hiring strategy and workforce planning
  • Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding
  • Oversee recruiting operations, reporting, and process improvements
  • Mentor and support recruiting team members

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of legal recruiting experience in a law firm or professional services environment
  • Experience managing attorney recruitment and talent acquisition processes
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $90,000 - $130,000+ DOE
